11-U Fastbreak USSSA State Champions in 12-UWritten by: Monday, May 5, 2008 The 11-U Fastbreak continues it's great season by winning the 12-U USSSA State Championship. Fastbreak defeated Rockford Elite 47-16, they then beat Warblers 41-17, they then finished pool play with a 32-20 win over Tawas Heat. In bracket play they won their 1st game 49-15 over Hangtime and then defeated the Warblers in the Championship game 43-23. The previous weekend the 11-U Fastbreak won the MSU tournament. 11-U Fastbreak 2008 AAU State Runner UpWritten by: Wednesday, May 21, 2008The 11-U Fastbreak finished off an AWESOME season by finishing as the AAU State Runner Up for the 2nd year in a row. Overall on the season the team compiled a record of 37-6, with 3 of it's losses coming against 13-U teams and the other 3 losses agianst the State Champion in their age group. 11-U Fastbreak Wins Motor City Suns TournamentWritten by: Monday, February 11, 2008Our 11-U Fastbreak won the Motor City Suns Tournament on February 9th down in Detroit. In their 1st game they defeated the Shock (4th in the state in 2007) 38-23. In their 2nd game they knocked off the Motor City Suns (2007 Michigan State Champions) 49-22.
